Squad Training is a tailored fitness session to help women get: stronger, leaner, faster, fitter and more mobile - all whilst working around their menstrual cycle! Squad allows you the flexibility of up to 4 sessions per week in a small group setting of up to 10 other women. Squad Training follows strength and conditioning programs for all fitness and ability levels.

Personalised Programming & Coaching

Online Training is perfect for women who are not able to work with Lioness Fit face to face. This training is 100% tailored to your training experience, skill, injuries/rehab protocols, menstrual cycle and lifestyle. Lioness Fit will only ever take on 10 online clients at a time – so you can guarantee you’re not just another number to us!
