This training is 100% tailored to your training experience, skill, injuries/rehab protocols, menstrual cycle and lifestyle. Lioness Fit will only ever take on 10 online clients at a time – so you can guarantee you’re not just another number to us!

SQUAD TRAINING

A new era in Group Fitness.

Squad Training is a tailored fitness session to help women get: stronger, leaner, faster, fitter and more mobile - all whilst working around their menstrual cycle! Squad allows you the flexibility of up to 4 sessions per week in a small group setting of up to 10 other women. Squad Training follows strength and conditioning programs for all fitness and ability levels.

SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Where strength, fitness and health collide.

Semi Private sessions are ideal for women who are ready to take their first step back into training if they are recovering from an illness/injury, post-partum, new to weight training or wanting to focus on technique work before transitioning to Online, Squad Training or Bootcamp (Bootcamp only available in Spring/Summer).
