Hosted by our founder Hollie – this course has been designed by popular demand to teach women how to be bad ass lifters with a barbell!
By the end of this course you will know:
The course will be run over 4 consecutive Saturdays and will be hosted 2 x per year. This course is catered to compliment all levels of lifting experience, so no previous lifting experience is required!
The final Saturday is a group workout where as a collective you will work with Hollie in designing a Lower Body program that works for your body and goals!
