This is Lioness Fit’s ONLY afternoon training program available.
Due to popular demand, the 8 week Bootcamp will run from Monday September 7th 2020 – Friday 30th October 2020!
In true Lioness Fit fashion, we will not be running a traditional Bootcamp. The Bootcamp will run over 5 days. The workouts will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and a Wednesday Session (time tbc) will be offered for participants to engage in active recovery and mobility.
We want you to get something out of this – we want to help keep you motivated. We want you to know you’re NOT just a number to us!
