Semi Private Personal Training

Semi Private starts with you. It is an entirely individualized experience, every training program you follow is designed around you, your abilities and your goals.

Merging the best features of 1-on-1 Training, Group Training and Online Coaching - Semi Private is the ultimate training style for any women who is: recovering from an injury, is post-partum, new to weight training or wanting to focus on technique.

Each Semi Private member is taken through a thorough movement assessment to guarantee that all programs will be working on bringing up weaknesses, improving movement technique and will allow for a specific warm up routine to be created.

Semi Private runs in groups of 3-4 women, 3 days a week in 45 minute sessions.
